DIY Supercar is a project which aims to bring automotive design to the masses, by using affordable tools and accessible techniques to design and fabricate an original exterior and interior for a road-legal vehicle. Following the completion of the first example of a DIY Supercar (currently in the final stages of fabrication), the project will feature both web and print aspects; DIYSupercar.com will serve as a hub for do-it-yourselfers to share ideas, and DIY Supercar, The Manual will serve as technical guide for those who want to realize their own automotive dreams.
